Instructions Upon Arrival
The ticket office is open approximately one hour prior to departure. Passengers should plan to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to departure. With sold out trains, if you miss your departure, there is generally very little chance of getting you on another trip in the same year. Please also remember to bring your e-Tickets, whether in print or on your mobile device. When you arrive at the Cass depot, please report to the ticket window to have your e-Tickets scanned for pre-boarding.
Important Seating Note
The Great Train Race Cass departure features open seating in assigned cars. Once onboard your assigned car, you will be able to choose your seats.
Great Train Race Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to boarding, there will be no refund. If notice of cancellation is made before 48 hours prior to departure, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for any refund. You may reschedule at any time with no charges. Gift certificates can be issued for the full amount of the reservation at any time. Please contact a DGVR customer service representative at 1-877-686-7245 to cancel or reschedule.
